As a transformational healing facilitator and hands-on body worker, I am an energy healer who has the gift of “spiritual sight.” I have been working in the healing arts for 25 years, using a variety of holistic modalities to support my clients’ healing process. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1987 and a “Hands of Light” Transformational Healing Facilitator since 1989.  I am currently completing my certification for BodyTalk Systems of Healing.

Healing and transformation is possible on many levels when willing to embrace yourself and your life experiences with love and acceptance. I have spent most of my life consciously healing my own journey here on this planet and in doing so, helping others to facilitate their healing as well. Keeping my heart open, releasing judgment, and staying in the present moment is a practice to which I hold. With a constant willingness to BE, I have gained a great depth of understanding of our human experience as spiritual beings.

As Ingrid “Rajith," I facilitate greater well being by bringing conscious balance, forgiveness, reconnection and harmony to your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. My unique skills include synchronizing the body’s energy systems using sacred grid healing, Tibetan healing techniques, belief system (theta) work, massage therapy and breath work to clear, balance and transform your relationship with yourself and the universe. I perform Tibetan body and soul readings and am a reader of the Akashic (soul) records.

As a proponent of the integration of energy medicine, I work in conjunction, as necessary, with other healing practitioners (medical doctors, naturopaths, chiropractic, acupuncturists, etc). My goal is to help you reveal the underlying causative factors of what you express in your physical and spiritual dis-ease and move you toward healing.
